SO WHERE DO THE PACKAGES GO THEN IF THEY CAN'T TRACE THE PACKAGES? SHOULDN'T THEY END UP SOMEWHERE IN THEIR WAREHOUSE? I MEAN, EVERY SINGLE PERSON OR AT LEAST 90% OF CUSTOMERS HAVE ISSUES WITH THEIR DELIVERIES. EVERYBODY HAS THE SAME PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEIR DRIVERS ARE CROOKS!! THEY ARE STEALING YOUR PACKAGES AND THEY KNOW HOW TO GET AWAY WITH IT!! I AM SO SICK OF THIS SO-CALLED "COMPANY" THEY NEVER DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY SUCK!!! I WISH I COULD COMPLAIN TO THEIR HEADQUARTERS AND TELL THEM TO INVESTIGATE THEIR DRIVERS!!! I FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE THAT EVERYBODY. MOST OF THE TIME I END UP CLAWING MY WAY THROUGH A HELL OF BULLSHT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NEVER GETTING ANY HELP FROM THEM EXCEPT WE WILL INVESTIGATE. SO THEY JUST STEAL YOUR PACKAGE AND THEN YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU ALWAYS END UP HAVIG TO DEAL WITH THE SHIPPER TO TRY AND GET A REFUND, IF YOU'RE SUCCESSFUL. THEIR DRIVERS KNOW THAT WE THE CONSUMER HAVE NO RECOURSE. Patronize them at your own risk and peril.THEIR DRIVERS ARE STEALING PACKAGES!! THEIR DRIVERS ARE CROOKS!!! EVERY SINGLE TIME I SEE THAT MY PACKAGE IS GOING TO BE DELIVERED BY LASERSHIP (ONTRAC) I KNOW I WILL HAVE A PROBLEM!! EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I MEAN, E-V-E-R-Y SINGLE TIME I ALWAYS HAVE MY PACKAGE NOT DELIVERED. Their services is evidentlywith gross incompetent, unacceptablity and negligence in delivery to customers. The logistics company was suppose to maintain the service quality according to their agreement with you. Use this logistic company at your own risk and peril. It's very regretful that their services are not being provided with contracted quality but with extreme high risk. The lies they tell about a false delivery, that makes customers look bad for complaining about no delivery. Their services are laced with gross negligence, What I intend to inform you is that the delivery company is inadequate, fraudulent and negligent. Provide shipment tracking experience like Amazon. So someone unknown could have taken my packages. I live in a residential building, leaving my package unattended, no security personnel. They indicated that they left my package by my apartment door, floor or at the lobby of a 5 storey building unattended to, which was a lie. And as stipulated in their proof of delivery. They don't make any contact with a customer. When in actual fact your staffs are either stealing packages, and they take false pictures to prove false delivery, or deliver to the wrong customer. And you as a company you take their false proof of delivery as legit. Your delivery personnel's or whatever you call them are damn liars. Customers claim is dead on arrival to them as they will deny any form of accountability and so much more. When reports are made to your company to make a claim for lost packages of money's worth. NEGLIGENCE/ GROSS INCOMPETENCE OF YOUR LOGISTICS COMPANY Dear Lasership, Your company represents everything fraudulent, gross malpractices, negligence, falsification of proof of delivery, no accountability. I manage to get from Amazon that mine packages in the future will not be delivered by lasership. Amazon probably thinks I'm trying to scam or something. Lasership fckd up 2x in a row and I'm now left without any package. I waited few days and Amazon now can't replace it again cause it already has been replaced. Thanks to the LaserShip tracking service, it is possible to know the exact location of the parcel or the state in which it is. I went thru the cameras and no, no one showed up. Like many postal services and parcel delivery companies in the world, LaserShip makes sure to establish a tracking number on all its parcels. This time they even didn't took a photo of delivery. I went immediately to check cause I was at home, nothing was there. Again with lasership delivery, I had a update on the app delivered. Like what? I paid extra for the next day delivery and I can't even get response now in the next 72hrs So Amazon did resend the item telling me you will receive the item the next day. They said to me we will get back to you in the next 72hrs. They delivered to unknown lobby to me in middle of Manhattan, and I tried contacting customer service of theirs saying it's it's wrong adress. I paid Amazon to have package delivered the next day cause I needed the package urgently. They updated the Amazon app as delivered even taking a photo of delivery, and it was a wrong adress.
